The firm was established in 1992, by Sean Stewart, who has considerable personal experience of servicing the requirements of  both private and development contracting practices for over twenty five years.

The firm has further developed that expertise in all aspects of construction cost management, in the local, national, and international arena, to a varied client base of both private and public organizations with a varied range of differing constructions techniques and contractual advice requirements..

Our core staff skills comprise cost planners, building estimators, quantum schedulers and expert witnesses.

We are registered and regulated by the RICS as Practice Nr 06710.
